Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
Pail is in a private, invite-only preview. This is an early version and will be replaced by a full version before public launch.
What Pail is
Pail is software that lets a business or person accept stablecoin payments straight into their own wallet and see their revenue in one place. Pail never holds, receives or moves your funds, and never holds your private keys.
The preview
- Pail currently runs on test networks only. Test tokens have no value, and no real money moves through Pail.
- Features may change, break or be removed without notice.
- Access is by invitation, and we may end it at any time.
Your account
- Use an email address you control and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password, sign-in accounts and wallet secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Each login is for one person.
Your wallet
You control your wallet and its keys. Pail can't recover a lost key or seed phrase, and can't reverse a blockchain transaction.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pail to:
- break the law, including sanctions laws;
- defraud or mislead anyone;
- attack, overload or probe Pail outside our security policy;
- access data that isn't yours.
Not financial advice
Pail shows your own payment and revenue data. It doesn't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
No warranty
Pail is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, a blockchain network or a third-party service.
Changes
We'll update this page and the date above when these terms change. Using Pail after a change means you accept the new terms.
